Domestic orders within Pakistan typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 7-14 business days via our courier partners.
Do you offer unstitched or ready-to-wear collections?
We offer both. You can choose from our wide range of 3-piece unstitched suits for custom tailoring or browse our 'Pret' collection for ready-to-wear outfits in standard sizes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers for both local and international customers.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless the product is defective.
How should I care for my Bin Saeed garments?
To maintain fabric quality, we recommend hand washing in cold water, avoiding bleach, and ironing at a moderate temperature. For heavily embroidered or chiffon pieces, dry cleaning is highly recommended.
